The Pentagon released a statement this week saying the military has begun training the troupes on the repeal of DADT and plan to have the policy completely eradicated by the end of the summer.
The Huffington Post has acquired a 30-page training slide show the Pentagon has been sending around the to different branches of the military outlining the specifics of the repeal’s implementation.
Guess how many people were discharged last year under DADT. That’s my high school graduating class.
Outserve announced they plan launch a world-wide magazine for LGBT military personnel that will be distributed on military bases.
Despite all of the above strides, service members are still being put through DADT discharge hearings.
